Supplementary Public Health Inspection Services

The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) seeks proposals from qualified individuals or companies to provide professional supplemental public health inspection services for up to 39 communities in Central Massachusetts. CMRPC will select the responsible, responsive bidder offering the most advantageous proposal.  Any contracts must be approved by each Town’s respective Selectboard.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available beginning 11:00 a.m. on October 13, 2020 by email through Connor Robichaud at crobichaud@cmrpc.org or, if necessary, by appointment at the offices of the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission.

Sealed Proposals must be clearly marked “Public Health Inspection Services”.  Price Proposals must be in a separate sealed envelope and clearly marked “Public Health Inspection Fee Proposal”. 

 

The Proposals are due no later than 11:00am on October 30, 2020 at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street – Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608. CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to only award a contract if it is in the best interest of the Towns to do so.
