Municipal real estate auctioneers help liquidate properties acquired through tax title foreclosure ("Tax Possession Properties") pursuant to Chapter 60 of the Massachusetts General Laws or other town-owned property. 
CMRPC has gone through a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) process in order to contract with the best possible vendor in the region. Through this program, The Zekos Group provides excellent services to many of our communities, returning properties to tax rolls and injecting much needed revenue into municipal budgets.
